Subscription Management

You have full control over your Markety AI subscription. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

Upgrading Your Plan

From Free to Brand Premium

1. Log in to your account at app.markety.ai
2. Go to Settings → Billing
3. Click Upgrade to Premium
4. Start your 14-day free trial or enter payment details
5. Confirm upgrade

From Brand Premium to Agency

1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
2. Click Upgrade to Agency
3. Review the feature differences
4. Enter payment information
5. Confirm upgrade - takes effect immediately

Downgrading Your Plan

Important Notes

• Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You'll retain current features until the cycle ends
• Data is preserved but some features become read-only

How to Downgrade

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select your desired plan (Agency → Premium or Premium → Free)
4. Review what changes
5. Confirm - change scheduled for next billing date

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime. Here's what happens:

• Immediate Access - Keep using paid features until billing cycle ends
• Auto-Downgrade - Account moves to Free Tier automatically
• Data Preserved - All your data remains accessible
• No Refunds - Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable

To Cancel

1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Select cancellation reason (optional)
4. Confirm cancellation
5. Receive confirmation email

Reactivating a Canceled Subscription

Changed your mind? You can reactivate before the billing cycle ends:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Reactivate Subscription
3. Confirm reactivation

Billing Cycle Information

• Monthly Billing - Charged on the same day each month
• Annual Option - Contact sales for annual pricing (20% discount)
• Proration - Upgrades are prorated for remaining time
